So... over the years we've heard stupid lines like "this season's color is..." or "that color is so _______ (insert season here)" and especially "_______ (insert color) is soooo last season". 

Very rarely do these so-called seasonal colors sweep the nation like PURPLE has this summer and fall. So I present you with a very purple-loving link.
